Artist - Alexander Brown

I first recognised this artist because it was his image on the front of the musician James Blake's debut album, that image itself has similarities to the work I am working on just now, but doing more research Brown's work in many places has a relevance to my practice both within this project and out-with. His ability to use the lens to obscure it's focus provoking the viewer to question the subjects contrasted with the upfront documentary work, mashed with commercial projects is a mixture that I have in my time in education come to accumulate myself and I think that I can learn a lot about my current project in particular from his practice.
