I check Burn on a daily basis (although I know that Mel has already mentioned this..) It's inspiring, in that it shows the many different ways in which a person can pursue documentary photography. Their yearly Emerging Photographer grant is a great opportunity for students.. so, definitely apply this year if you haven't in the past (c'mon guys, it's 15,000 bones!!).
As someone who is interested in small portraits/stories and documents of life, I am constantly inspired by NPR's 'This American Life', which is hosted by Ira Glass.
