Julian Hibbard is a photographer from the United Kingdom whose works incorporates a story-telling aspect. A lot of his photography has fashion-related aspects to it as well. His work has been exhibited in London and Spain (among other places) and has done editorials for magazines such as Elle and The New York Times Style Magazine.
The line between real and imagination is what interests me in his photographs. I think that this is done well with the use of studio lighting outside the studio, as well as a flash. Many of his photographs are of women, and a lot of them contain a red color in them. Hibbard studied intermedia fine-art, and has a book titled "The Noir A-Z", which pairs graphic design with photography. The pairings are in alphabet form with a letter on one page and then a photograph matching the letter on te other. This has all of a sudden inspired me to collaborate with a graphic design friend.
