This week I'm posting about a beautiful book project created by Kaylynn Deveney. It's called The Day-to-Day Life of Albert Hastings. In this project, she befriended an elderly man that lived close to her flat in Whales. She began to notice parts of his daily routine- grocery shopping, gardening, laundry- that made up his life. Their style of storytelling is a collaborative and simple way of storytelling, but powerful. Kaylynn captures elements of his life, and Albert writes captions for the images below in his handwriting.
