Melanie Pullen

Last time, i wrote a blog post on Iama Kaoru, who takes pictures of a person lying down on the ground in middle of nowhere. Now, American photographer named Melanie Pullen also did the Similar project but in whole different level in terms of scale; her work is focused on High fashion, therefore she'd spend at least $10,000 worth of clothing for her project. Her work is based off of actual crime scene pictures that she got from L.A. police department. But to be honest, I don't think i can tell the difference between Iama Kaoru's work and Melanie Pullen's work. As you can see the pictures below, I don't think regular people like us can tell whether piece of clothing costs so much. Even if we know how much it costs, I'm not sure how significant role this will play.
